I've moved the scripts. They've eaten all their greens, so I thought they deserved a page of their own.
Another wee update - the debackup script now deletes '.bak' files too. I discovered that these are created by Aspell (incidentally, Aspell is very useful, as it has an HTML mode, so it doesn't try to spell check tags).

Fixed the thumb script to do things more sensibly (it now takes full paths for both inputs, should you so desire). Enjoy. Or not.

I've hit the ton on the SETI project. In the words of Steve Ballmer, "Give it up for me".

I've got a few shell scripts (bash) that I use all the time - you might find a use for them. Be extremely careful with these - two of them will attempt to remove files from your filesystem, and all were made with my system in mind, and may not be suitable for anyone else. Anyway, if you're still game....

There's some shell scripts on the Linux page. Nothing worthy of 'Hacker of the Year', but genuinely useful. I use them anyway...
Seriously though, they're mostly one-liners. You can get this sort of shit from the man pages.
